At Mantavya Banaras, every saree is handcrafted using pure fabrics and traditional weaving techniques. Each piece is unique, and we stand by its authenticity and quality.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
Customized orders (tassels / fall pico added) cannot be cancelled once processed.
On cancellation, you can choose:
Store credit ( 1 Year)

🔁 Return Policy (Customer-Friendly)

We offer easy returns within 3 days of delivery.

You can request a return if:

1. You received a damaged or defective product
2. You received an incorrect item

What’s Not Acceptable:

Slight color variations due to lighting or photography
Minor irregularities in weave or embroidery (natural in handmade products)

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive the product and quality check.

With original tags & packaging

Applicable only if the product is unused and unaltered
