Role: Founder, CEO & Malkin of Mantavya Banaras
You know how they say “it takes a village”?
Well… Nishtha is the village.
From designing collections to sourcing fabrics, managing artisans, packing boxes, replying to DMs, to writing down dreams in diaries. She does it all. With vision, madness, and a deep love for Banarasi craft.
Mantavya Banaras started as her passion project and is now slowly becoming a movement; one that’s rooted in culture, craft, and chaos handled beautifully.
She’s the kind of founder who’ll be fixing a blouse pin one moment, reviewing logistics the next, and still finding time to write a heartfelt caption. Basically, the thread that holds it all together. 💛
If Mantavya is a story, Nishtha is the pen.
Tejal Gujrati
Role: Senior Manager & All-Rounder Extraordinaire
If Mantavya Banaras were a film set, Tejal would be the director, the editor, the stylist, and probably the one bringing chai for the team too (out of love, of course).
Tejal oversees everything. From social media strategy to coordinating with our embroidery artists, from managing the e-com website to lending her sharp eye to the design process. She’s the one making sure every saree, post, campaign, and plan looks, feels, and functions exactly how it’s meant to.
✨ Strategy? She’s got it.
✨ Aesthetic? Always on point.
✨ Team chaos? Calmly handled.
With her creative brain and “get-it-done” energy, Tejal is that rare blend of discipline and dreaminess, the kind every brand needs but only a few are lucky to have. And we’re lucky.
If there’s one person who truly gets what Mantavya stands for, it’s her.
Riyaz Bhaiya (a.k.a. Masterji)
Role: Designer & Stitching Maestro
Every silhouette you see on Mantavya, the perfect blouse cut, the dreamy fit, the flowy finish is brought to life by Riyaz Bhaiya, lovingly known as Masterji.
A magician with fabric and measurements, he’s been in the world of tailoring and design for years. He doesn’t just stitch, he constructs. With precision, patience, and a flair for blending traditional tailoring with modern fits.
Whether it’s a corset blouse or a classic Banarasi lehenga, Masterji knows how to make every piece sit just right, like it was made for you.
(Because… well, it literally was.)
And yes, his energy is as sharp as his shears.

Role: Hand Embroiderer & Keeper of Craft
Every time someone says “Yeh embroidery toh kamaal ki hai!” chances are, Babur Bhaiya’s hands are behind that magic.
With decades of experience and a quiet focus that’s rare to find, Babur Bhaiya is one of our most skilled artisans. His hands have embroidered everything. From delicate bootis to elaborate borders filled with zardozi, cutdana, sequins, pearls, and patience.
He doesn’t say much. He lets the needle do the talking.
And trust us, every stitch speaks of heritage, discipline, and sheer artistry.

In the background of every beautifully finished blouse, perfectly lined hem, and neatly tailored saree fall. You’ll find Nandini Di, quietly, skillfully doing her thing.
She’s one of those rare women whose presence may be soft, but her impact is powerful. Whether she’s finishing seams, guiding junior tailors, or ensuring every piece meets Mantavya’s quality. Her hands work with care, speed, and so much grace.
She doesn’t ask for the spotlight, but honestly, she deserves it.

Javed Bhaiya
Need a lace fixed? A border aligned just right? Call Javed Bhaiya. With years of experience and an eye sharper than a tailor’s needle, he’s the one who makes sure every detail on your outfit sits perfectly — no frays, no fuss.Soft-spoken and always focused, Javed Bhaiya may work quietly behind the scenes, but his contribution is loud and clear in every finished piece. Unka kaam dikhta nahi, par har joda unke haathon se hi nikharta hai.
Whether it’s delicately attaching gota or fixing a finicky lace that just won’t sit right, Javed Bhaiya does it all with the kind of patience and precision only true craftsmen possess. Gauri & Palak
Roles: E-Commerce Experts & SEO Sorceresses ✨
While the artistry of Banarasi sarees shines on your screens, it’s Gauri and Palak who make sure it gets there perfectly… pixel by pixel, product by product.
Together, they run the digital backend of Mantavya Banaras. From uploading every saree and blouse with love and precision, to managing SEO, keeping the website fresh, and ensuring your online experience is as seamless as our silk.
Palak is our calm execution ninja. She is methodical, consistent, detail-obsessed.
Gauri is the optimizer-in-chief. She is sharp, strategy-driven, and focused on growth.
Together? They’re the reason you find, love, and buy our pieces with just a few taps.

Vidushi
Role: Model & Vibe Checker
While the sarees are stunning on their own, it’s Vidushi who brings them to life with poise, elegance, and that effortless grace we can’t get enough of.
She’s not just a face in front of the camera. She feels the fabric, gets the story behind each collection, and moves with the kind of energy that makes every drape look like a moment. Whether it’s a moody dusk shoot or a power packed festive campaign, she delivers looks and vibes.
